1. Overview

At Germann Instrumente, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receive the goods.

You must send us a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter) of your decision to withdraw. You may use our sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Sterile items if the packaging has been opened.

  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling.

4. Return Process

After contacting us and receiving return instructions:

  • Please securely pack the items.

  • Include your name, order number, and reason for return.

  • Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and issue description.
